1. Visitors to the site and / or registered users of BESA's website agree to respect BESA's intellectual property rights and copyright of material held on the site.

2. Registered members should inform BESA should they move between member companies so that suitably amended access credentials can be arranged.

3. If a registered user leaves the employ of a member organisation to take up employment in a non-member company / enterprise / organisation or to engage in some other field of activity outside of being employed by a BESA member we would ask and require that a short communication is sent, confirming that they are no longer entitled to access, and asking to be removed as a registered user (ineligibility for member access would include becoming an independent consultant to a member organisation or other forms of freelance contract work).
